Submitting Your Claim FormWhen you lodge your claim form, we need a declaration endorsed with an original signature. For that reason, you should print out your selected claim form and submit a duly signed original by post to our claims department as soon as practicable.
For a preliminary report, you can immediately fax or email to our claims department your completed and signed claim form - see contacts for details.
We will promptly advise you on the progress of your claim through your insurance agent or broker or directly.
